	I have a pristine 2004 Precision 21 sailboat, http://precisionboatworks.com/boats/p21/index.htm trailer and motor that I would sell. I have run into a health problem that has kept me from sailing this year. The boat has been sailed only in fresh water and never slept in. I purchased a new Technora Main in 2008 used one season and in 2009 I put new Harken roller furling and new Technora 155 genoa and never used 110 racing cut jib, Spinnaker and pole I also have the original main and 150 roller furling genoa as well. http://maurisails.com/Racing-Sails/MX-Racing-Mainsail.htm All external trim is plastic with the exception of the grab handles on the cabin top which are still teak.
