The boat has always been fresh water sailed and is in excellent condition.
It has just had the bottom completely redone by removing the old anti fouling paint and applying four coats of Interprotect 2000 epoxy barrier coating. The windows were replaced, new stripes put on, new compass and cooler installed, etc. It has been used only as a daysailer and infrequently at that, and the main, genoa and jib are crisp.
Included is the 2005 Nissan 3.5 outboard that has had all maintenance work done up to date.
The trailer is by Performance and is a galvanized 2 axle one. The price includes the trailer but the boat could be sold without a trailer at a lower price if desired.
