Precision 18 sailboat and galvanized Performance trailer. Sailboat has 3 sails. Main appears to be original. 150% Roller Furling Genoa also appears to be original. Brand new this June 2016 is a 100% Roller Furling Jib. Can now properly utilize the tracks on the cabin roof to trim the fore sail and still have the convenience of Roller Furling. New AGM battery July 23 2016. (Old one developed a bad cell.) New 6 circuit ATC fused power distribution panel with 2 DC outlets and a battery monitor with digital voltage and current displayed. System warned me as soon as I got on the boat the battery had a problem. All lights now LED. Stern Mount "Mast Up" Mast stepping system. Garmin 441 Chartplotter with both coastal and inland lakes charts and Hummingbird fish finder - depth sounder with depth warning and with transducer mounted inside hull. (Not through hull.) Both mounted on an easy to remove Johnny Ray Jr 206 mount in cockpit. Anchor with chain leader and 150' rope line. Removable cockpit table. All cushions in Very Good condition and shampooed this spring. Parked in garage for winter. Trailer has two brand new tires, (200 miles, 1 trip on them), load range D for extra reserve. I thought the original C rating was marginal for a fully loaded boat and trailer. One brand new hub this spring when I repacked bearings, didn't like the "feel" when disassembling them. 4 HP Tohatsu Outboard bought in 2013 is optional, not out of the break-in Period. I estimate around hour 5, only used to get in or out of a slip or ramp. Pictures and phone# available via email. I know I've left things out but will come back and add later. Life jackets, fenders, USCG approved fire extinguisher.... Location: Clifton. Maine Asking Price: 11,000 Contact: Bruce, 207-843-5971
